Role Description

• Support the team in handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing deals.
• Review and monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular sales training.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, track KPIs, and manage the team’s CRM usage.
• Actively participate in high-value client meetings and negotiations when required.
• Ensure timely coordination with legal, documentation, and operations teams for smooth deal closure.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and client preferences.
• Represent the company at promotional events, property expos, and new project launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or B2C sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team-leading role.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
