Seem, Tehsil Bhikiyasan, Uttarakhand – 263680 Job Summary: Essence of Nature Resort and Spa is seeking a committed and guest-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to assist in delivering exceptional service at our premium nature retreat. The ideal candidate will support the front office team, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and top-tier hospitality experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day front desk operations: guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and billing. Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and performance reviews. Promptly resolve guest concerns with a focus on satisfaction and professionalism. Coordinate across departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) for seamless service. Ensure all procedures, grooming standards, and SOPs are strictly followed. Prepare front office reports and ensure all data entries are accurate and up-to-date. Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service. Requirements: Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field. 2–4 years of experience in front office or guest service roles in hospitality. Familiarity with PMS software (Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds, etc.). Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Calm under pressure and strong in conflict resolution.
