Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Assistant Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and ensure smooth operations at our vibrant 3-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front office operations: reception, guest services, reservations.
• Train, mentor, and supervise front office team members.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, complaints, and VIP requirements.
• Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless room readiness.
• Support room upselling and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Prepare daily operational and financial reports.
• Step in for the Front Office Manager when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
• 2-4 years of hotel front office experience (supervisory or above).
• Prior hotel experience is mandatory.
• Duty Managers with strong front office exposure are also welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in PMS systems .
• Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
