Assistant Front Office Manager

Momentum Hospitality is a leading hotel staffing and consulting company providing skilled talent to premium hotels and resorts across India. We are currently hiring an energetic and guest-focused Front Office Assistant for a reputed 4-star resort in Vagator, Goa.

Job Summary

The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for delivering a warm, efficient, and professional experience to guests from arrival to departure. The role ensures smooth front desk operations, effective communication, and high standards of hospitality at the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Manage room assignments, reservations, and guest records accurately.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Operate front office systems (PMS) for billing, payments, and room management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
• Provide information on resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in front office or guest service roles (hotel experience preferred).
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Konkani preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, IDS, or similar) is an added advantage.
• Customer-friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,251.62 - ₹22,121.62 per month

Work Location: In person
