About the Role

Assistant Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk activities including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
  • Handle guest complaints, queries, and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
  • Maintain guest records, billing accuracy, and adherence to hotel SOPs.
  • Monitor lobby management, guest greetings, and service standards.
  • Support in managing reservations, room allocation, and occupancy planning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in front office operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of PMS software (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to lead a team and handle guest situations with maturity.
  • Customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
