Job Description

Role Overview: As a Management Position at The Ritz-Carlton Pune, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front office, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk. You will work closely with managers and staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, enhance guest and employee satisfaction, and optimize departmental financial performance. Your role involves supervising and managing the Front Desk team, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment, and ensuring that day-to-day operations meet customer expectations.
