Job Description – Assistant Front Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Altruist One Continent, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will support front office operations, ensure excellent guest service, and assist the Front Office Manager in day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage front office team including reception, bell desk, and concierge.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out operations.
• Handle guest queries, issues, and escalations professionally.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Oversee room allocation, occupancy, and assist in revenue management.
• Train, mentor, and guide front office staff.
• Handle daily reports, audits, and documentation.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and front office controls.
• Monitor inventory and maintain front office supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in front office operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Hotelogix PMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
