Job Summary:

Assistant Financial Controller


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    month-end closing

    , including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with

    GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

  • Prepare

    financial reports

    and conduct variance analysis
  • Coordinate

    internal & external audits

    , preparing necessary schedules
  • Maintain

    fixed asset registers

    and reconcile balance sheets
  • Assist in

    budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance

  • Supervise and mentor a

    small finance team


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

    (Master’s preferred)

  • 6-10 years

    of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of

    US GAAP & Indian accounting standards

  • Expertise in

    Excel, financial reporting, and ERP systems

  • Experience in

    audit coordination and tax compliance

  • Excellent

    communication, leadership, and analytical skills


Work Environment:

  • Office-based

    (hybrid/remote options if applicable)

  • Up to 10% travel

    may be required
