We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Plant Finance Executive to oversee financial operations at our manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in managing cost control, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure the plant operates efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities at the plant level.
Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Manage plant budgets, forecasts, and support management with financial insights.
Monitor inventory, raw material consumption, WIP, and finished goods valuations.
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other local regulations.
Manage CAPEX and OPEX tracking, project costing, and approvals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
