Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Finance Manager in managing daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reconciliations.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track organizational performance.
Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and working capital management.
Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).
Assist in coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Support management in financial planning and cost control initiatives.
Supervise and guide the accounts team in routine operations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
Professional certification (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
