Assistant Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions for project finance, working capital, term loans, and other funding requirements.
• Manage relationships with existing lenders and identify potential financial partners for business expansion.
• Prepare and submit loan applications, project reports, and financial data required by financial institutions.
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds and monitor repayment schedules, interest payments, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with internal departments and outsourced finance partners to ensure proper documentation and accuracy in financial records.
• Support the management in negotiations of interest rates, credit limits, and other financial terms.
• Maintain and update MIS reports related to finance activities, borrowings, and fund utilization.
• Coordinate for renewal of credit facilities, sanction letters, and other finance-related documentation.
• Assist in preparation of financial projections, cash flow statements, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements related to finance and funding.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and banking procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and finance management software

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: MBA (Finance) / M. Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification/ or sufficient relevant experience
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in finance operations, banking coordination, or project funding (preferably in EPC / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure sector).
