Assistant Facilities Administrator

As a Facility Management Coordinator at Gera Developments Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for efficiently managing customer complaints, coordinating appointments for issue resolution, tracking expenses, and ensuring audit compliance. Your role will involve engaging with teams to address customer issues, maintaining documentation, and overseeing project budgets. Your primary responsibilities will include processing bills, coordinating with teams for issue resolution, tracking expenses, preparing maintenance budgets, documenting consumables and consumption details, and maintaining documentation for audit compliance. Additionally, you will be required to manage systems AMCs, warranties, and condominium handover folders, oversee client interactions, complaints resolution, and follow-ups, as well as prepare and maintain PM work schedules. To excel in this role, you should hold a DEE or BE in Electrical Engineering, possess high integrity, commitment, and honesty, have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have an analytical mindset to generate insights from reports.
