Job Description

As an Admin Assistant at Tonbo Imaging in Gurgaon, your role involves coordinating office activities, supporting employees and visitors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage reception/front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls professionally. - Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, messages) with efficiency. - Maintain stock of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items. - Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely replenishment. - Assist in booking travel, accommodation, and local transport for employees and visitors. - Manage courier services, postal dispatches, and track incoming/outgoing documents. - Liaise with housekeeping, security, facility management, and other service providers. - Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for admin documents. - Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-up, and basic hospitality. - Ensure the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the office premises. - Maintain employee attendance records and support basic HR/admin activities. - Perform any additional admin/office support duties assigned by management. Qualifications Required: - BA / B.Com (or equivalent) degree. - 25 years of experience in administration.
