Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Credit Manager to join our team in Noida, Dehradun, and Haridwar. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the field of NBFC/Banking/Any finance industry with relevant HL, Lap, and BL Products.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests.
Prepare CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo) and analyze credit history.
Possess knowledge of technical and legal reports.
Manage credit portfolios and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve credit quality and reduce risk.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Any finance industry with relevant HL, Lap, and BL Products.
Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
