Key Responsibilities: Handle annual compliances , including DPT-3 filings , annual returns , and Board/AGM documentation . Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes of meetings. Ensure timely ROC filings (Form AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.) and compliance with Companies Act, 2013 . Manage LLP incorporation, modification, and closure work. Draft and review Board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes . Coordinate and conduct Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings , and Extraordinary General Meetings . Liaise with regulatory authorities such as MCA, ROC, and other statutory bodies. Support management in policy formation , corporate governance , and compliance audits . Provide guidance on legal, contractual, and regulatory matters related to company operations. Requirements & Skills: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or CS dropout with relevant experience. 2+ years of experience in company secretarial and compliance functions. Thorough knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act . Proficiency in MCA e-filing and documentation . Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
