Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Credit Manager located in Noida, India. The Assistant Credit Manager will be responsible for evaluating credit applications, conducting credit risk assessments, managing credit portfolios, and ensuring compliance with the organization's credit policies. The role requires regular analysis of financial reports, effective coordination with internal teams, and making recommendations for credit approval or rejection. Candidates will work closely with the Finance department to maintain accurate records and ensure minimal credit losses.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Credit Management, including thorough understanding of credit policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Credit Risk Management and assessing borrower creditworthiness
  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and making informed decisions
  • Educational background or experience in Finance and Credit
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Expertise in using financial tools and software is a plus
  • Prior experience in the financial services sector is desirable
