Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Credit Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in credit management, preferably in the NBFC or banking industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assess loan proposals according to the company's credit policy.
Manage quality and delivery turnaround of loan proposals.
Engage with relevant authorities for loan approvals.
Assist business, operations, and clients with effective and smooth loan closure.
Provide inputs for creating or refining the credit policy.
Monitor and track portfolio health and performance, managing delinquency.
Manage risk and credit practices within the Risk Policy framework.
Support other initiatives as part of risk, credit, and business development.

Job Requirements

CA/MBA with 2-4 years of relevant credit/risk experience in NBFC/banking industries.
B.Com with 5-8 years of relevant credit/risk experience in NBFC/banking industries.
Exposure and understanding of credit practices and products in small-ticket lending (secured and unsecured).
Local market knowledge of key industries, acceptable collateral, high-risk areas, etc.
Familiarity with legal documentation for secured and unsecured loans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
