Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and analyzing market trends and competitor activities. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system with new leads and prospects. Additionally, you will assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. Key Responsibilities: - Scheduling and attending meetings with clients and stakeholders. - Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. - Assisting in the development of sales strategies and plans. - Coordinating with the sales team to achieve sales targets. - Providing administrative support to the Business Development Manager. - Coordinating and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements. - Managing correspondence and documentation related to business development activities. - Preparing regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market research findings. - Analyzing data to support strategic decision-making. - Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. - Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts. - Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. - Building a network of industry contacts and potential business partners. - Working closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive business development strategies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives. - Participating in training programs to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role. - Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred. - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
