Role Overview

Assistant Brand Manager

brand imagery, digital presence, partnerships & alliances, and communication consistency


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Support in developing and executing brand plans to strengthen positioning in the wellness space.
  • Ensure consistency of

    brand imagery, tone, and storytelling

    across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Digital Presence & Content

  • Oversee

    brand presence across digital platforms

    (social media, website, marketplaces).
  • Coordinate with creative/design teams to maintain engaging and on-brand communication.
  • Track digital performance and suggest improvements for engagement and growth.
  • Partnerships & Alliances

  • Identify and manage

    strategic brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and alliances

    .
  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners to drive co-branded campaigns and activations.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with brand values and ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance, operations, and product teams to align brand campaigns with business goals.
  • Gather consumer insights to influence product communication and campaigns.
  • Execution & Tracking

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for campaigns.
  • Track brand KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership.


Who Can Apply

  • 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or partnerships (FMCG/D2C/start-up background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of

    digital platforms, branding, and consumer psychology

    .
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Passion for wellness, nutrition, and building consumer brands is a plus.
