Role Overview

Customer Success Executive

in-office role in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer conversations across

  WhatsApp API, calls, emails, and other query platforms

  .
• Resolve queries with empathy, product knowledge, and quick turnaround.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, Sales & logistics) to deliver the best consumer experience.
• Share consumer feedback and insights to help improve products, communication, and processes.
• Assist with consumer engagement campaigns, onboarding journeys, and feedback collection.
• Build strong relationships with customers, making every interaction warm, clear, and helpful.

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking.
• Interest in wellness, nutrition, and consumer brands is a plus.
• A people-first mindset with empathy and problem-solving skills.
