Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning Support in developing and executing brand plans to strengthen positioning in the wellness space. Ensure consistency of brand imagery, tone, and storytelling across platforms and touchpoints. Digital Presence & Content Oversee brand presence across digital platforms (social media, website, marketplaces). Coordinate with creative/design teams to maintain engaging and on-brand communication. Track digital performance and suggest improvements for engagement and growth. Partnerships & Alliances Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and alliances . Build and nurture relationships with external partners to drive co-branded campaigns and activations. Evaluate partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with brand values and ROI. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with performance, operations, and product teams to align brand campaigns with business goals. Gather consumer insights to influence product communication and campaigns. Execution & Tracking Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for campaigns. Track brand KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership. Who Can Apply 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or partnerships (FMCG/D2C/start-up background preferred). Strong understanding of digital platforms, branding, and consumer psychology . Creative thinker with an eye for design, aesthetics, and brand storytelling. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Passion for wellness, nutrition, and building consumer brands is a plus.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and scroll stopping edits, and knows how to turn ideas into compelling videos that strengthen brand presence. You will work closely with the brand and marketing team to translate concepts into impactful content that builds Happy Cultures imagery and connects with our audience. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Stay updated on trending formats, audios, transitions, and editing styles to keep content fresh and relevant. Work with the creative and brand teams to bring campaigns, product stories, and brand moments to life. Repurpose raw footage, product shoots, and user-generated content into engaging edits.
