Job Description – Assistant Brand Manager Location: Bangalore (In-office role) Brand: Happy Cultures About Happy Cultures Happy Cultures is a probiotic-first wellness brand dedicated to transforming gut health with science-backed, clean-label, and joyful products. We believe that wellness should be effective yet fun, and we’re building a brand that consumers love and trust. Role Overview We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence, partnerships, and positioning of Happy Cultures. The ideal candidate will be a creative yet structured thinker who can balance strategy with execution. This role will involve managing brand imagery, digital presence, partnerships & alliances, and communication consistency , while working closely with the brand and marketing leadership. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, growing team where every idea matters and directly impacts how our consumers see and experience the brand. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning Support in developing and executing brand plans to strengthen positioning in the wellness space. Ensure consistency of brand imagery, tone, and storytelling across platforms and touchpoints. Digital Presence & Content Oversee brand presence across digital platforms (social media, website, marketplaces). Coordinate with creative/design teams to maintain engaging and on-brand communication. Track digital performance and suggest improvements for engagement and growth. Partnerships & Alliances Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and alliances . Build and nurture relationships with external partners to drive co-branded campaigns and activations. Evaluate partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with brand values and ROI. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with performance, operations, and product teams to align brand campaigns with business goals. Gather consumer insights to influence product communication and campaigns. Execution & Tracking Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for campaigns. Track brand KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership. Who Can Apply 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or partnerships (FMCG/D2C/start-up background preferred). Strong understanding of digital platforms, branding, and consumer psychology . Creative thinker with an eye for design, aesthetics, and brand storytelling. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Passion for wellness, nutrition, and building consumer brands is a plus.
