Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 -3 yearsof experience ininsurance, sales, or agency management.
• Bachelors degree in any field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
• Self-motivated with ago-getter attitudeand team spirit.
