Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Agency Manager based in Palghat. The Assistant Agency Manager will be responsible for managing agency operations, achieving sales targets, fostering relationships with agents, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include developing and mentoring agency teams, monitoring performance metrics, implementing strategies to enhance agent engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the agency channel.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Team Management, Leadership, and People Development abilities
Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving skills
Experience in the insurance industry or agency management is a plus
Proven track record in achieving sales targets or managing sales operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Palghat and adapt to a dynamic work environment
