Job Title: Assistant, Accounts Manager


Department: Accounts & Finance


Location: Malad, Mumbai


Notice Period: Immediate or 15 days


Experience: 5- 8 years


Job Summary;


We are looking for an experienced Asst. Accounts Manager to oversee all accounting and financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, timely reporting, and efficient management of accounts payable and receivable.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.

• Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and manage budgets with variance analysis.

• Identify financial risks and implement internal controls to prevent fraud.

• Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.

• Act as the main point of contact for all finance and accounting queries.

• Implement process and technology improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA in Finance or equivalent preferred.

• Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, RCM, and other statutory laws.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Implementation of process improvements annually.
