Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong Working Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Proficient in troubleshooting and navigating Windows-based environments.
• Understanding of ITIL Processes
• Solid knowledge of ITIL framework, with hands-on experience in Incident Management, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Change Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced skills in Excel (including reporting, pivot tables, data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Asset & Inventory Management
• Manage end-to-end inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
• Maintain asset lifecycle tracking — from receiving to disposal.
• Hardware Lifecycle & Warranty Monitoring
• Track and report on hardware ageing to support proactive replacements.
• Monitor and manage warranty/AMC contracts, ensuring timely renewals.
• Coordinate with leasing vendors for seamless replacement of assets reaching end-of-lease, ensuring zero disruption to end users.
• Asset Movement & Deployment Tracking
• Ensure all new installations and decommissions are tracked via service tickets only.
• Maintain and update the Asset Information Database for all in-scope, network-connected assets.
• Monitor all asset movements strictly through request tickets logged in the designated tool.
• Software Compliance & Reporting
• Maintain and report on the install base of standard software across approved desktops and laptops.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc asset reports to management, including analysis of hardware ageing, asset utilization, and compliance.
