Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) 2. Knowledge in Firewall, Routers, STP, IP, STTPS, troubleshooting network -related issues. 3.Estimate the bandwidth requirement at all locations- PDC, DR site and HPE/ HPE End Customer locations. 4.Experience in switches, access points, WLAN controllers, routers, network monitoring tools, LAN/WAN/Wireless problems including core routers, switches, access points and any other network devices. 5.Vendor will monitor the SLA of WAN Link service provider and will suggest for action if agreed SLA not meet by ISP 6.Proven experience in providing technical support Job Type: Contract Work Location: In person
