Purpose of Role: Network Architect role is expected to work on large scale Global Projects spanning across Network and Security domains. Close working with Business, Project management, Vendors to ensure all the main aspects of the project right from discovery all the way to final part of the project which is preparing/reviewing HLDs& LLDs and implementation in the correct manner Advises the technical standpoint to the project managers or management. Top Accountabilities: Help Company to develop network requirements, planning, and analysis. Work alongside vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on implementing, optimizing, and consistently managing of networks. Preliminary and detailed network designs. Analyze and understand existing networks. Incorporate usability testing into design work. Collaborate with others and work well with Product Owners and External developers and product management. Provide direction to determine the best solutions for our business needs, help identify gaps and shortcomings in current setups, and determine necessary path forward to create consistent and efficient systems. Stay relevant with latest techniques, tools and designs. Identifying service improvement actions, to remove single points of failure and to provide a more efficient, robust system and support process where applicable. Bridge gap between business needs and technological solutions; demonstrate an ability to draw on both business and technical expertise; establish a high-level trust among both business and technical professionals. Demonstrate competency in strategic thinking and leadership with extremely strong abilities. Qualifications and Desirable Experience Required: 10 to 15 years of experience in Network Design / Delivery. Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required. Strong experience with Cisco Wireless, LAN Technologies , Knowledge on Compute Servers and Understanding on Security Concepts and Firewalls. Domain knowledge in Wireless Design, Site Survey knowledge(Air magnet, Ekahau) , dot1x, EAP TLS, Flex connect. SDWAN experience is preferred. Hands on experience in routing and switching and Firewalls(preferably Palo Alto) is a must. OT/ Factory network experience is an added advantage. Ability to handle service restoration for complex faults (Technology & Solution based) in a LAN,WLAN/WAN environment. Intermediate level of understanding on Cisco WLAN platforms & associated troubleshooting. Excellent hands-on troubleshooting and Design of Enterprise Network architecture and able to support hierarchical network designs and deployments. Ability to simplify complex requirements or solutions. Right attitude and logical thinking into any requirements / issues. Good Understanding of LAN and LAN technologies.
