#Freepost Designation: ITSM Tools Administrator Qualification: Graduation/Engineering in Computer or Electronics Location: Noida Experience: 5+years of experience Required Skills: Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of the ITSM tool to ensure optimal functionality. User Account Management , including setting up and maintaining access controls and permission levels. System Upgrades and Patching to maintain system security, stability, and performance. Monitoring System Performance and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Designing and Customizing Workflows for IT service modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Request. Defining and Managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet organizational performance standards. Implementing Automation Rules and Triggers to streamline ITSM processes and improve efficiency. Maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with accurate and up-to-date asset information. Ensuring Data Quality and Consistency across all ITSM modules and records. Generating Reports and Dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decisions. Providing Training and Support to end users for effective use of the ITSM tool. Responding to User Queries and resolving system-related issues promptly. Gathering Feedback from Users to identify areas for improvement and enhance system functionality. Identifying Process Optimization Opportunities within the ITSM environment. Collaborating with Stakeholders to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
