Asset Management

As an Asset Management Specialist, your role involves overseeing IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). You will be responsible for managing the asset lifecycle, ensuring service delivery, maintaining data governance, and establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets. - Ensure compliance and optimize asset performance. - Support effective delivery of IT services. - Collaborate with ITSM teams and drive improvements in processes, data governance, and SLAs. - Oversee asset tracking and management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management, ITSM, or a similar IT operations role. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly in asset management and service delivery. - Experience with asset management tools such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, BMC Remedy. - Knowledge of data governance principles. - Experience in establishing and managing SLAs for IT services and asset management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendor relationships effectively.,
