Job Description

Lenovo is committed to delivering Smarter Technology for All and is focused on innovation to build a more inclusive, trustworthy, and smarter future. **Role Overview:** As the CRM Manager, you will report to the AP Relationship Marketing Lead and work closely with the Region Commercial Marketing team and the rest of the APHQ Commercial Marketing team. Your main responsibility will be to define and drive the APAC CRM strategy across commercial marketing functions, aligned with business group priorities and KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and drive the APAC CRM strategy aligned with business group priorities and KPIs - Lead the transformation of CRM from traditional outbound to intelligent, automated engagement - Oversee the execution of regional lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels - Implement segment-based strategies for different customer tiers and lifecycle stages - Lead and mentor a small regional CRM team and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement - Utilize CRM and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and refine campaign strategy - Manage the database acquisition, update, and regular cleansing to drive the effectiveness of the target audience base - Collaborate with Data & IT teams to ensure data integrity, integration, and compliance **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field - 8-10 years of experience in B2B CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement - Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Marketo, or Eloqua - Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills - Business level English skills - Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset - Basic knowledge and genuine interest in hardware, services & solutions **Additional Details:** Lenovo follows strict policies and legal compliance for the recruitment process.
