Job Description

As a CRM Manager at Lenovo, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the APAC CRM strategy across commercial marketing functions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic CRM Leadership** - Define and drive the APAC CRM strategy aligned with business group priorities and KPIs. - Lead the transformation of CRM from traditional outbound to intelligent, automated engagement. - Utilize CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to enhance lead conversion, customer retention, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. - **Campaign Planning & Execution** - Oversee regional lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, webinars, content journeys, and lead nurturing workflows. - Implement segment-based strategies for different customer tiers and lifecycle stages. - Coordinate integrated marketing efforts to support commercial sales motions. - **Team & Stakeholder Management** - Mentor a regional CRM team and promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with business group marketing leads, business teams, and external vendors to align on campaign goals. - Educate internal stakeholders on CRM value and best practices. - **Data & Technology Optimization** - Utilize CRM and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and refine campaign strategy. - Manage database acquisition, update, and cleansing to enhance target audience effectiveness. - Collaborate with Data & IT teams to ensure data integrity, integration, and compliance. As a qualified candidate, you must possess: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field - 8-10 years of experience in B2B CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement - Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Marketo, or Eloqua - Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills - Basic knowledge and interest in hardware, services & solution - Business-level English skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - High-level logical and critical thinking Desirable qualifications include: - Work experience in the PC/IT industry - Understanding of different MarTech platforms - Experience supporting enterprise sales and ABM - Knowledge of APAC markets and data/privacy regulations - Technical understanding of CRM system integration and lead scoring models As a CRM Manager at Lenovo, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic CRM initiatives, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.,
