Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: SDMs maintain positive relationships with clients by providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
• Performance Monitoring: They monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service quality
• Process Improvement: SDMs drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices
• Team Leadership: They may lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery
• Communication: SDMs communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, keeping everyone informed and aligned
