Key Responsibilities

AI Advisory & Agent Development

• Design, build, and deploy

  AI-powered investment advisory agents

• Develop

  NLP-based financial query understanding

  to interpret investor intent, goals, and risk appetite
• Implement

  LLM-based conversational advisory systems

  using models like GPT / FinBERT
• Build

  tool-enabled AI agents

  that integrate with Portfolio data, Risk profile engines, Market and fund analytics APIs
• Implement

  guardrails, confidence scoring, and fallback logic

  to ensure responsible advisory responses

Data Science & Machine Learning

• Design and train

  predictive models

  for Mutual fund performance, NAV forecasting, Risk-return estimation
• Implement

  time-series forecasting models

  , including ARIMA / SARIMA, LSTM / GRU, Transformer-based models
• Apply

  statistical modeling

  to generate synthetic mutual fund and market data for testing and simulation
• Perform feature engineering on financial and market datasets

Portfolio Optimization & Quantitative Modeling

• Implement

  Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT)

  -based optimization models
• Design

  risk profiling frameworks

  using volatility, drawdown, Sharpe, Sortino, etc.
• Apply

  CAPM, factor models, and risk-adjusted return metrics

• Run

  Monte Carlo simulations

  for portfolio outcome analysis
• Implement

  VaR, CVaR, and downside risk models

Deployment, APIs & Scalability

• Build

  production-grade ML pipelines

  (training →inference → monitoring)
• Deploy AI/ML models using

  AWS / Azure / GCP

• Optimize models for

  real-time inference and low latency

• Develop

  REST APIs

  to expose AI models to RuDo Wealth’s platform
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, monitoring, and observability

Required Skills

• AI / ML Expertise

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in

  AI / ML / Data Science

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning and NLP and financial text analysis
• Experience with

  LLMs

  (GPT, FinBERT, LangChain, or similar)
• Proficiency in

  Python

  and ML libraries NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch

Software Engineering & Cloud

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building

  scalable, modular ML systems

• Knowledge of

  RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  architectures
• Experience with

  vector databases

  (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Microservices architectures
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS /Azure / GCP)
