Key Accountabilities

• Conceptualize and design digital campaigns across social media, display, video, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists to create visually engaging brand stories.
• Develop and maintain visual consistency across campaigns and client touchpoints.
• Work on design adaptations and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Stay updated with digital design trends, emerging formats, and creative innovations.
• Present creative ideas and design mockups to internal teams and clients when required.
• Work on diverse brands, with a preference for experience in

  automotive brands

  (not mandatory).

Professional Skills:

• Experience:

  1–3 years of experience as an Art Director or Visual Designer in a

  digital or creative agency

  .

• Education:

  Graduate from a

  reputed art school

  .
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of

  digital-first

  creatives, social media, and emerging design trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first campaigns and social media creatives.
• Ability to think conceptually and deliver ideas that align with brand tone and objectives.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
