Art Director

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Design.
• Must have Advertising agency experience.
• Preferred education qualification must have degree of - bachelors of applied art and crafts.
• Extremely proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Other software skills are a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• A well-curated work portfolio.
• Be a team player.
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Should have experience working for a variety of brands/products or services across various industries.
• A high level of comfort in presenting work both internally and to stakeholders with confidence.
• Coordinating with account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Sharp eye for design, layout, typography, and branding.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and what makes content perform.
