Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced art director to take the helm of the art department, guiding an extremely talented team of designers & Copywriters who are known for exceptional creativity. The ideal art director will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting our company and that of valued clients. experienced manager, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience. About The Role ::
looking for an experienced manager, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience. Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter & Team. Produce sketches, storyboards roughs to visualize ideas. Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience. Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media. Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines. Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members. Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style. Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team to implement. Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape, and track campaign performance. Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions. Present completed ideas to clients/team members. Stay on top of all trends and maintain the best. Proven working experience as an Art director.Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design.Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well. Team player with strong communication and presentation skills Relevant education or training.Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives. Skills & Qualification:
BCA, MCA, B.Tech (CS/IT).
