Area Service Manager

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for handling customer escalations effectively to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. You will drive and monitor business targets related to booking, billing, and collections. Developing and executing efficient scheduling and planning strategies to optimize resource utilization will be a key part of your role. Your responsibilities will also include leading training initiatives to enhance team capability and performance, managing and monitoring P&L to ensure profitability and cost control, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive service and communication. In addition, you will maintain and improve service quality in line with company standards, oversee service operations to ensure SLA compliance and process adherence, and conduct regular team reviews and customer feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including GRN and logistics, for seamless operations will also be part of your responsibilities. Developing strategies for customer retention and loyalty and promoting spares and accessories to enhance service value and revenue will be essential aspects of your role. Qualifications: - 5-10 years of experience in service operations or customer support roles. - Proven track record in handling escalations and achieving business KPIs. - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Knowledge of service SLAs, P&L management, and customer engagement.
