Position: Branch Technical Trainer Location: Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) Qualification: B. Tech/ M. Tech in ECE, EEE, MECH (Regular) Experience: 5 yrs to 7 yrs in training department Expectations: Candidates should be interested in travelling for at least 20 days in a month Age limit: below 35 years Key Responsible Areas: 1. Employee & Service Ambassador Induction Training and hand holding. 2. Building the capability of Service employees in Attitude, Skill and Knowledge. 3. Regular product refresher training & New product training. 4. On the Job training for technical support and selling pitch. 5. Highlighting the Product quality feedback to the Quality team. 6. Identifying the TNIs from concerned stakeholders and preparing the Training calendar.Role & responsibilities
