Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict compliance with organizational processes and policies in all service operations.
  • Drive consumer satisfaction goals, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Consumer Effort Score (CES).
  • Implement, review, and enhance field service operations to improve efficiency.
  • Deliver operational KPIs related to both service quality and revenue.
  • Lead and manage the field service team to ensure optimal customer service delivery.
  • Guide and support ASC (Authorized Service Center) staff to provide timely and quality service.
  • Address customer and trade partner queries, resolve escalations, and capture feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring quality and integrity in all operations.
  • Provide feedback and inputs to business, field service, training, and quality teams.
  • Assist in team goal setting, skill development, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct market visits to meet ASC and trade partners for relationship building and operational oversight.
