Job Description

Role & responsibilities Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Forecast sales and effectively plan inventory requirements with channel partners. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales talent within the area. Ensure the team adheres to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards. Identify new business opportunities, institutional sales leads, and untapped market segments. Conduct regular market visits to understand ground realities, competitor activities, and gather market intelligence. Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in any field 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Local candidate hire first Must have own bike and valid DL.
