Role & responsibilities

    • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Forecast sales and effectively plan inventory requirements with channel partners.
    • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales talent within the area.
    • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
    • Identify new business opportunities, institutional sales leads, and untapped market segments.
    • Conduct regular market visits to understand ground realities, competitor activities, and gather market intelligence.
    • Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Local candidate hire first
  • Must have own bike and valid DL.
