Area Sales Manager (ASM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets in volume, revenue, and market share.
  • Manage and expand the distributor and dealer network to ensure effective product availability and penetration.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales across automotive, industrial, and institutional segments.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market visits to support channel partners and field sales teams.
  • Ensure timely collections, credit control, and compliance with commercial terms.
  • Train and motivate the sales team and channel partners to ensure product knowledge, customer service, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for the execution of promotional activities, brand visibility, and new product launches.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and commercial processes.
