FMCG Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Expand distribution network and improve market penetration.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure effective execution of trade schemes and promotional activities.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, GT/MT channels.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing multi-location sales operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel for sales reporting.
