Role Description


This is a full-time role.

He will be responsible for the following functions, broadly:


§ Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products, resulting in new client development.

§ Regular Customer Visit & Prepare quotations for clients.

§ Product Demo with clients.

§ Generate revenue from the assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.

§ Establish and nurture client relationships.

§ Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.

§ Research client needs and identify how our solutions address them

§ Training session with users.

§ New product promotion.

§ Prepare quotations for clients.

§ Prepare sales report/ visit report regularly

§ Identify knowledge/skill gaps within the team and develop plans for bridging them.

§ Daily check-ins with MIS to set objectives and monitor progress.

§ Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

§ Market research for new products & new market generation.

§ Train, lead team members and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

§ Follow-up with Sales coordinators/Merchandising team for on-time delivery.


Skills & Qualifications


§ Minimum 2-3 years’ sales & marketing experience in PPE industry (preferably in the age bracket of 25-30 y).

§ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, electrical, or related field is preferred.

Exposure in handling customers from below Electrical utilities, Renewables, Data centres, Telecom, Power, Electronics manufacturing, Heavy engineering Government sectors.

§ Knowledge of market, target client, product & competition.

§ Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

§ Proven experience in customer relationship management.

§ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.

§ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

§ Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

§ Effective communication skills.

§ Exceptional customer service skills.

§ Ability to influence others.

§ Team player with leadership quality & problem-solving capacity.

§ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.


Compensation


§ As per industry standards.

§ Hike over existing package and capability of the candidate.

§ It will not be a constraint for the right, deserving candidate.
