He will be responsible for the following functions, broadly: ▪ Regular Customer Visit ▪ New client development ▪ Product Demo with clients ▪ Training session with users ▪ Prepare quotations for clients ▪ Follow-up with clients ▪ Payment follow-ups ▪ New product promotion ▪ Filling order handover sheet ▪ Daily traveling at your assigned area ▪ Prepare sales report/ visit report regularly ▪ Market Research for new products & New market generation ▪ Follow-up for material with Sales Co-Ordinator or Merchandising team Skills & Qualifications ▪ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in PPE industry and 2-4 years for any other product category. ▪ Knowledge of market, target client, product & competition. ▪ Proven experience in Sales, customer relationship management. ▪ Well organized & responsible with an aptitude in problem solving. ▪ Excellent verbal & written communication skills. ▪ Ability to influence others. ▪ Team player with leadership quality & problem-solving capacity. ▪ Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
Total, complete customer satisfaction in terms of quality. Through knowledge of garments, fabric and accessories. Sourcing & Procurement of Raw Materials (fabric, Trims, Packing materials etc.) and other requirement of production at a competetive price. Vendor Development, Vendor Registration, Vendor evaluation and Material Planning. Getting relevant Quotes on material, Cost control, budgeting. Explore the market and develop new vendors with better prices. Ensure profit maximization for the company by the providing the best procurement deals from the market. Coordinating with stores to maintain stock levels. Co-ordination with merchandisers and production department to plan out production schedules according to the availability of the raw materials. Co-ordination with stores - fabrics, accessories and packing for timely submission of GRN's, stock reports. To ensure there is a proper quality check on the raw materials - (fabrics and accessories) are checked and confirmed to be ok as per the requirements in terms of quality, shades etc. and then only the same is issued to the production. Transport and insurance of goods. Preparation of Purchase order. Co-ordination with transporter for movement of the goods purchased. Co-ordination with security desk/Admin/Logistics and store department for proper inward of the incoming material. Co-ordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of material in short notice also. Payment follow-up with accounts department. Ticketing, Hotel bookings. House-keeping. Other admin responsibilities. Preparing MIS and submit it to the management as and when requires. Any other suitable work assigned by the management from time to time.
