It oversees over 15,000 transactions annually, worth more than $1 billion, and has successfully expanded to global markets like the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Square Yards leverages data analytics and VR tools to innovate the traditional market ecosystem, aiming to create the first MLS in India while scaling up adjacent B2C platforms like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital to become industry leaders. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaboration with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills Experience in team management and leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools Strong negotiation and closing skills Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a must Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
