Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an Area Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans in Rajam - Saradhi Village JM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Drive sales at the branch to achieve targets.

Build, manage, and promote relationships with channel partners to generate new customer leads.

Lead and manage DSTs at the branch.

Interface with customers and provide efficient service.

Work towards building a credit-worthy portfolio at the branch.

Understand property valuation, legal, and technical norms.

Job

Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

Prior experience of 3-5 years in Home Loans or Loan Against Property.

Good knowledge of the local area.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to understand property valuation and legal and technical norms.

Experience in managing and leading teams.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Secured Business Loan.
