Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Regional Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the first-tier sales team.
Drive sales and market penetration across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
Ensure alignment with national sales strategy and compliance standards.

Sales & Business Development:

Achieve regional revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and channel partners.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform tactical decisions.

Team Management & Development:

Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of regional sales personnel.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Customer Engagement & Support:

Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee inventory, logistics, and distributor coordination within the region.
Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business; MBA preferred
10–15 years of experience in medical device or Equipment sales
Proven track record in regional leadership and team management
Strong understanding of the market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Willingness to travel extensively across the region
