Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company, you will have the following responsibilities: - Recruit key advisors, activate agents, and regularly train advisors - Drive business promotion activities and enable individuals on the digital platform - Support advisors in developing business in the local market - Motivate advisors to achieve rewards and recognition programs - Focus on achieving business goals and driving the digital agenda - Maintain the quality of business You will also be accountable for: - Owning the business plan for the branch, including top-line and bottom-line targets - Internalizing the company's management philosophy and business strategy - Building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing team of agents - Ensuring engagement, motivation, and productivity of the team - Constantly inducting, activating, and ensuring productivity of new Agent Advisors - Driving incentive schemes to surpass benchmarks Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in Marketing or PGDM - Functional competencies in convincing skills, continuous learning, technology proficiency, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical skills, compliance, regulatory knowledge, and customer focus - Behavioral competencies such as a strategic mindset, entrepreneurship, execution excellence, and the ability to build high-performing teams Your performance will be measured based on metrics such as New GWP, Renewal GWP, Renewal number of cases, active agents and PA, desired product mix, number of new agents, audit findings, employee engagement, and attrition rates.
