Role & responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive revenue growth for Kitchen and Facade products across assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities through channel partners, architects, fabricators, and institutional clients. Execute go-to-market plans in alignment with business objectives. Channel & Dealer Management Build and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and influencers. Monitor partner performance and ensure target achievements. Conduct product trainings and joint sales visits. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and customer service. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 5 -7 years in B2B/B2C Sales, preferably in modular kitchens, building materials, or facade systems. Location Preference: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata . Industry Preference: Interior, Modular Furniture, Kitchen, Facade, Building Products, or related industries. Education: Graduation in any stream; MBA preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Market & product knowledge (kitchens/facades) Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities CRM and MS Office proficiency Industry Background: Candidates must have prior experience in the building materials industry . This background is crucial for understanding our products, market dynamics, and client expectations. Network & Client Base: A strong existing network and proven connections with architects and B2B channels is required. The ability to leverage these relationships will be key in driving sales and expanding our market presence. Technical Understanding: While not mandatory to be experts, candidates should possess at least a basic understanding of faade product and modular kitchen industry standards . This knowledge is important to align with our product offerings and effectively communicate with clients. Travel: Frequent travel across East India, particularly in key markets like Kolkata, Ranchi, Guwahati, Patna, and Siliguri.
