Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. You will set reasonable sales targets for the team and monitor their performance to motivate them to meet or exceed sales goals. Collecting customer feedback and updating senior management will be part of your duties. You will travel within the sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness through various communication channels. Developing long-term relationships with customers and implementing a sales management process to prioritize key customers and prospects will be crucial for success.
